Our home DNA Paternity Test typically take 3-5 business days and is performed by one of our AABB, NYSDOH and CLIA accredited lab.  Although the home test is not accepted by a court of law, some people just want to get answers to important questions. The price of the Home test covers Mom, Alleged Father and 1 child, additional fees are added for other parties.  For court accepted results, we would be more than happy to facilitate a local or nationwide collection, call to set up an appointment . 

Home Test Terms and conditions:
You, meaning the person ordering or collecting samples or paying for test or providing samples, understand that samples have not and will not be collected by Dapss or it's affiliates and that Dapss will be responsible for receiving and reporting out results, after Dapss have been notified by the collected parties that all samples have been shipped.  Dapss or it's representatives shall not be liable for any claims including, but not limited to, any claims arising out of or related to inaccurate, uninterpreted, misinterpreted or results not received and do hereby exprssly forever release and discharge all claims, demands, injuries, damage, action or caused of action.  It is understood that results received from a home paternity test collected sample are NOT admissible in a court of law.
